Keeley Marx - Elite Amateur / College Recruit
Keeley Marx is an Aussie elite amateur, globally ranked and just coming off a T3 finish at the Aus Am.
Jamie and Keeley have worked together for a number of years and their journey together is another example of the benefits of investing in Mental Performance Training as part of an overall game development strategy.
From my perspective, I have witnessed the journey and watched how Keeley has developed as a player and a person and it is a pleasure to witness.
An asset to any potential person or business looking to support the future of Australian Women's Golf.Mental Mastery ClubHouse

As a key position forward for Carlton, Harry McKay by his own admission needed to turn his goalkicking form around after 2020. With the advice and support of his brother Ben McKay (EP 44) Harry reached out to Jamie to see if they could make a connection as Harry aimed to put a stake in the ground and move forward.
Whilst the Blues showed a renewed commitment but finished outside the finals, Harry was able to put into practice his training along with his work with Jamie achieving the accolade of the AFL Competitions leading goalkicker and was also awarded selection in the prestigious AFL All Australian Team.
Here we chat to Harry about his approach to his goal kicking and understanding how mental performance training as an elite AFL athlete has benefitted his performance.

Herby, Health & Wellbeing
by Ross
In a strange way, the topics in this Podcast are somewhat connected.
How can discussing the win of Australias rising PGA Tour Star be connected to health, wellbeing and happiness?
Well, for me after observing somewhat closely just how Lucas Herbert has gone about the process of gaining a PGA Tour Card and then winning on his 3rd start as a full member I have witnessed a young man who understands want he wants and how is going to go about achieving it.
In those observations, I have watched Lucas put many of his wellbeing needs and personal happiness factors clearly at the fore, as well as the enjoyment factor of those on his team.
So after being confronted with some personal health alarms maybe it is time to take a leaf out of Herbie's book and put my / your own needs first.
Understanding what levers and triggers are currently pushing your buttons and potentially limiting or impacting your performance is paramount. Herby knows what he needs and some of that has come with making some sacrifices.
Don't let it go too late before your own needs get out of hand and potentially hold you back from achieving what may be just ahead of you.
Look after your health and it is surely one of the keys to better golf.
PLEASE don't forget to join us on the journey to bridging the gap between potential and performance.
